With seven years of banking and financial services experience, Adam offers expertise in corporate finance, accounting, public company reporting, and CRE financing. Through this experience, he brings insight on financial structuring and analysis to the Savills Studley team and clients. Prior to joining Savills Studley, Adam worked in the Investment Banking Division at Bank of America Merrill Lynch covering financial institution clients. He worked on a team providing a wide array of corporate finance and strategic advisory services, including mergers & acquisitions, common and preferred equity, as well as high-grade and high-yield debt. Adam began his career with TCF Bank in its Commercial Lending Group. Adam started at TCF as a credit analyst before being promoted to a relationship manager and ultimately managing a portfolio of distressed loan workouts. Adam’s CRE underwriting and lending experience at TCF covered a broad array of property types including office, medical, retail, industrial, and multi-family as well as development / construction financing.
Activities & Achievements
Adam is a member of the Associates Board of Neumann Family Services – an organization dedicated to improving the lives of people with developmental disabilities and mental illness. As part of his advocacy for people with disabilities, Adam cycled from San Francisco to Washington, DC to volunteer as well as raise money and awareness with The Ability Experience.
Adam earned his Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Michigan and his MBA in finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
