Alex Blue joined Savills in 2005 and spent four years in New York before relocating to the firm’s Los Angeles office in 2009. As a principal within Savills Corporate Services Group, Alex is responsible for delivering strategic consulting and brokerage services that bridge corporate finance and commercial real estate. Alex’s practice has a national scope and is based upon a consultative and highly analytical approach to real estate transactions with a focus on demographic analysis, negotiation strategy, transaction structuring and financial analysis. Now based in Los Angeles, many of Alex’s local clients are companies in technology, life science, media and professional services.

Alex is an active member of the Emory Alumni Admission Network, interviewing applicants and providing mentorship for current students who are interested in real estate careers.
