Professional Expertise

Alex joined Savills in 2012. She helps clients evaluate financial factors of complex real estate decisions using advanced analytic tools, financial models, and lease analysis reports. 

Analyzing client options in light of data from the commercial real estate and financial markets, Alex customizes reporting to each clients’ individual needs and delivers recommendations, strategies and alternative options that create cost savings, optimize operations and align clients’ real estate with their financial objectives. 

Her roster of clients spans virtually all client types and industries, and includes major corporations, financial services firms, law firms, municipalities and nonprofits. Alex has extensive expertise providing transaction management and strategic advisory services to portfolio clients across multiple markets, such as AllianceBernstein, Waste Management, RT Specialty, Ryan Specialty Group, Lewis Roca and Faegre Baker Daniels. She recently completed transactions on behalf of Lincoln International, WEC, Morton Salt, Egon Zehnder and ZS Associates.

Prior to joining Savills, Alex worked in the Financial Consulting Group at CBRE where she performed financial evaluations for an extensive range of real estate transactions including office leases, build-to-suits, lease-versus-ownership scenarios and acquisitions.

Awards, Activities and Achievements

Alex serves on the board of Marquette’s Commercial Real Estate Alumni Network and is an active volunteer at the Ronald McDonald House in Chicago. She also participates in a women’s talent development accelerator called Bonfire. 

Over the years, Alex has played an integral role on her team, headed by Lisa Davidson, who has been awarded impressive accolades in recent years, including Crain’s Chicago Business’ “Most Influential Brokers”, Real Estate Forum’s 2016 Women of Influence list, and has been inducted into the Midwest Real Estate Journal’s Hall of Fame (2016). Together, as a team, they have completed over 3 million square feet in transactions.
