Alex has exclusively represented the interests of tenants throughout his real estate career. He is well-versed in all aspects of the real estate process, including strategic planning, market analysis, financial modeling, and complex lease negotiations. Alex focuses on helping clients develop a proactive real estate strategy, enabling them to achieve occupancy solutions that align with their business objectives.

He began his real estate career in 2004 with The Staubach Company, and served as an Associate Vice President with UGL Equis immediately prior to joining Savills Studley.

Alex’s diverse client roster spans a multitude of industries, with a focus on high growing technology companies, not-for-profit organizations and professional service firms. Alex has specific expertise in designing and implementing creative and flexible real estate solutions for rapidly scaling companies. Among the Bay Area companies he has represented are OpenTable, ModCloth, Zoosk, Accenture, The San Francisco Foundation, Earnest, Inkling, and The Climate Corporation.

Activities & Achievements

Alex is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of California. He is involved in numerous business and community organizations including the Commonwealth Club of California, Spark and Symphonix, the young professionals’ league of the San Francisco Symphony.


Alex received a Bachelor of Arts degree in cognitive science from the University of California, Berkeley.
