Professional Expertise

Alexander joined Savills Studley in 2014, bringing with him a unique background with expertise in both commercial real estate and law. As part of the Savills Studley team, Alexander is responsible for business development, transaction management, and legal analysis/lease negotiations. He excels at helping tenants navigate complex leases to produce a superior real estate strategy for each client and achieve best-in-class results.

Prior to joining Savills Studley, Alexander spent three years working at Eastern Consolidated on an investment sales team where he sold over $100 million of property.

Activities & Achievements

In 2013, Alexander was named one of Manhattan’s “30 Under 30 of NYC’s Rising Real Estate Stars” by The Commercial Observer, a highly regarded trade publication. He is a member of the New York and Massachusetts Bar Associations, as well as the Real Estate Board of New York


Alexander received a Bachelor of Arts degree in the history of science from the University of Pennsylvania. He earned his Juris Doctorate and Masters in Business Administration from Suffolk University Law School. He is admitted to practice law in New York and Massachusetts.
