Amy focuses exclusively on tenant representation, specializing in assisting emerging and established corporate office and industrial tenants. Her areas of expertise include workplace strategy, corporate, industrial, restaurant, and retail. As a senior managing director at Savills, Amy works toward eliminating the inherent conflict of interest that has existed in corporate real estate while at an organization that has a broad platform of tenant-focused services.

Amy was most recently a Principal with Cresa Carolinas focusing on Business Development, Strategic Planning, Project Management and Construction Management. She serviced large national and international corporate office and industrial customer’s needs while in this role. Amy was also a Partner with Intec Group in Charlotte where she played a key role in opening the office and establishing Intec in the Charlotte market. Along with growing client relationships and overseeing large projects, she was also responsible for management of the Architecture and Design teams and services within that office. Prior to her role at Intec Group, Amy was a Partner with Tobin Starr + Partners focusing on interior upfits from inception through construction and a project manager and interior designer with Narmour Wright Creech.


Awards, Achievements and Activities

Amy is NCIDQ Certified with the National Council for Interior Design Qualification as well as being a member of the Commercial Interior Design Association (IIDA), LEED AP, U.S. Green Building Council, LEED Accredited Professional, and a Licensed Real Estate Broker in North Carolina. She is also chairs the Real Estate Committee, a member of the Executive Board and Board Member of Children and Family Service Center, an Executive Board Member with a Child’s Place, a Member of CREW and the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors.

Amy was named one of the Top 50 Entrepreneurs by Business Leader Magazine in 2011; she was an honored Panel Speaker at the Green Lease Renovation Symposium 2010, won the AIA COTE Award for the Optima Engineering Project in 2009 for the first LEED Ci Platinum Project in Charlotte. Amy was recognized by the Charlotte Business Journal Green Awards, Project of the Year 2008 for Optima Engineering. As well as receiving an Honorable Mention in 2007 for Sonoma Modern by Shaw Contract Group for their Design Awards.
