Andrea brings over 20 years of specialized experience in Philadelphia's corporate interiors & architecture market to partner with clients toward successful project outcomes. She is adept at managing the entire project process from initial strategic needs assessment, through design & development of workplace strategies, analysis of available solutions, consultant selection & coordination, furniture procurement, cost control, construction administration & project management.
At Savills Studley, Andrea complements the brokerage teams with project management expertise to provide clients with a full-service tenant representation package – from the space search & lease negotiation through design, construction & occupancy. Her performance exceeds client expectations, resulting in projects completed on time & budget within a cooperative environment.

Prior to joining Savills Studley, Andrea was an Associate / Director of Staff Development at L2 Partridge LLC in Philadelphia, focusing on the development & delivery of large-scale corporate interiors projects. She was responsible for pre-lease activities, design & construction documentation, change management, budget & schedule oversight and business development.
Activities & Achievements
Andrea is a certified interior designer by the National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) and has received LEED AP accreditation. She has served as an adjunct professor within Drexel University's Interior Design program.
Andrea graduated cum laude from Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design.
