Andrew Lustgarten has completed more than 7 million square feet in transactions valued in excess of $1 billion for a variety of legal, financial services and health care companies. Prior to joining Savills Studley in 2003, Andrew spent 5 years as a management consultant for Accenture in both New York and Los Angeles and was responsible for financial analysis, process improvements and operational efficiencies for Fortune 500 companies.
This experience, combined with his strong background in finance, allows Andrew to consistently provide clients with real estate solutions tailored to suit their business needs. Andrew’s role at Savills Studley is to develop and implement strategic real estate plans, and perform market analysis and account management for some of the firm’s most important clients including Comcast Entertainment Group, Liberty Mutual, Panavision, City of Los Angeles, WilmerHale and Nuveen Investments.
Activities & Achievements
Andrew was recognized for Savills Studley’s national “Rookie of the Year” in 2004 and was recognized by Real Estate Forum as a “40 under 40” honoree. Andrew is on the Board of Governers at the Los Angeles County Economic Development Corporation (LAEDC).
Andrew received a Bachelor of Science in finance from the University of Wisconsin, and is an active member of the alumni association.
