Keen negotiating skills and extensive experience in drafting commercial property services agreements were key draws in Savills Studley’s recruitment of Andrew Seidman as General Counsel in 2003. Andrew provides strategic management of the firm’s day-to-day legal responsibilities to both our employees and our clients, ensuring that our legal obligations are met with the highest degree of detail.
Andrew’s role at Savills Studley includes drafting and negotiating commercial property services agreements, commission and tenant representation agreements and managing outside counsel in U.S. location on behalf of the company.
Immediately prior to joining the firm, Andrew served as senior vice president and general counsel New York Metro Region at Insignia/ESG, Inc. He previously held senior counsel positions at the law firm of Bachner Talley Polevoy & Misher and the real estate development company Olympia & York Companies (U.S.A.) and was a partner in the law firm of Paskus Gordon & Mandel.
He is a member of the American Bar Association, New York Bar Association and Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC America, Greater New York Chapter).
Andrew graduated from Dartmouth College with a Bachelor of Arts and later earned a Juris Doctorate degree from Georgetown University Law Center.
