Since joining Savills Studley, Andrew has developed a brokerage expertise which focuses primarily, but not exclusively, on the corporate, legal and financial services industries. As a tenant advocate, Andrew is committed to providing innovative, effective real estate solutions which benefit his client’s business objectives. He is highly experienced in commercial leasing and financial analyses, enabling him to fully understand the real estate needs of his clients.
Andrews’s key responsibilities include new business development, market research and servicing existing clients. In this capacity, Andrew has worked with many notable clients, such as the national law firms of Zuckerman Spaeder, The Cochran Firm, and Lowenstein & Sandler, as well as the broadcasting television network, CBS.
Prior to joining the firm, Andrew served in numerous positions at Andover Equities, a NYC based real estate development and management corporation, where he represented the ownership in all facets of asset management. Before that, Andrew spent time working for Congress, at the Committee on Homeland Security in Washington D.C., where he assisted U.S. Congressman with drafting homeland security related legislation.
Andrew graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Adelphi University. In addition, he has earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from New York Law School and a Master of Laws in Real Estate (LL.M.) from New York Law School.
