Specializing in representing tenants in corporate facility and real estate planning, Andrew handles acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and subleasing on local, national, and global scales. His role as a tenant advocate has involved working closely with diverse clients, including Government Agencies like the Permanent Mission of Benin and Gabon to the United Nations, global banks such as The Industrial and Commercial Bank of China; prominent companies like India's largest Textile Manufacturers Devgiri and Surya; Globally Publicly Traded Companies like Sirius XM Holdings and Live Nation, as well as notable educational institutions including Adelphi University and New York Law School.

Throughout his career, Andrew has successfully completed over $5 billion in leasing and sales transactions. His achievements have been recognized by reputable publications including The New York Times, Forbes, Disruptors Magazine, The Real Deal, and Commercial Observer.

Prior to joining Savills, Andrew gained valuable experience working for Congress at the Committee on Homeland Security in Washington D.C. He also clerked in the Supreme Court of New York County for the honorable Milton Tingling during his time in law school.

Andrew's dedication to his legal roots is evident through his service on the board of directors for the Jewish Lawyers Guild, where he has participated in the selection of Judges for the Supreme Court of New York County and mentoring younger lawyers with his membership within the Legal Mentor Network.
