As an Associate Director, Bailey serves the real estate needs of law firms, non-profits, associations, and government-related entities nationwide while focusing on business development and transaction support with his team.
Prior to joining Savills Studley, Bailey spent 6 years at Ventura Partners in San Francisco where he led the leasing and business development departments and served as a Development Consultant to non-profit, mixed-use developers. His national brokerage clients were Starbucks Coffee, State Farm Insurance, and Subway, while his regional non-profit clients comprised of Mercy Housing California, MidPeninsula Housing Corporation, and Chinatown Community Development Center.
Before Ventura Partners, Bailey worked at Massachusetts Development Finance Agency as a Project Manager for ‘100 Cambridge Street,’ a 900,000 square foot mixed-use site in downtown Boston.
Activities & Achievements
Bailey is a native Washingtonian and a member of the Urban Land Institute.
Bailey received his Bachelor of Arts in History from Amherst College, and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.
