Bailey Williams joined Savills in 2013, devoted to representing tenants in need of advantageous commercial real estate transactions. As a managing director operating out of the firm’s Washington, DC, office, Bailey advises corporations, law firms, technology and media companies, nonprofits, associations and government-related entities across Greater Washington and throughout the nation. Bailey’s time spent as a native of Washington, DC, combined with more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience, has provided Bailey with invaluable insight into the local, regional and national markets.
Before joining the team at Savills, Bailey served as vice president at Ventura Partners for six years. Based out of San Francisco, Bailey led the leasing division and served as a development consultant to nonprofit, mixed-use developers throughout the region. His national brokerage clients included Starbucks Coffee, State Farm Insurance and Subway, while his regional nonprofit clients were comprised of Mercy Housing California, MidPeninsula Housing Corporation and Chinatown Community Development Center.
Prior to working with Ventura Partners, Bailey worked at the Massachusetts Development Finance Agency as a project manager for 100 Cambridge Street, a 900,000 square-foot, mixed-use site in downtown Boston.
Awards, Achievements and Activities
Bailey is a board member and active volunteer for My Sisters’ Place, a nonprofit charity dedicated to supporting victims of domestic violence. He also supports the DC Prep Charter School and Bishop Walker Charter School as a volunteer.
