Bart Pucci has specialized in Industrial Real Estate for over twenty-five years in the greater Los Angeles area and has worked on hundreds of transactions throughout the country. Prior to joining Savills Studley, Bart led the Industrial Group nationally for Grubb & Ellis. Representing local and national companies on Industrial, Logistics, Land, Office, Creative Office and Investment transactions has given Bart an experience level which makes him uniquely qualified to handle almost any real estate requirement for his clients.
Bart started his real estate career in Los Angeles at Colliers Seeley in 1989, where he was the company wide, “Rookie of the Year”. He has worked at CB Richard Ellis and has consistently ranked as one of the commercial real estate industry’s top professionals in Southern California. Joining Grubb & Ellis in 1997, he ranked as the Number One Professional for Grubb & Ellis in the Los Angeles Region and has been recognized as one of the Top Industrial Professionals by the Los Angeles Business Journal.
Past experiences include Los Angeles District Manager of Advertising Sales at Penton Publishing based out of Cleveland, Ohio, and Director of Advertising Sales at East/West Network, a magazine publisher based out of Los Angeles, California.
Activities & Achievements
In addition to his career achievements Bart is or has been an active member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), American Industrial Real Estate Association (AIR), National Association of Industrial & Office Professionals (NAIOP), Los Angeles Commercial Real Estate Association (LACRA), and the Los Angles Economic and Development Council (LAEDC).
Bart also serves and has served on charitable and non-profit organizations including being on the Board of Directors for the Catholic Big Brothers and Sisters, Board of Directors for Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity Chapter at USC, and supporting the Special Olympics Los Angeles in their winning bid to host the 2015 World Games.
Bart received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California.
