As an assistant director in Savills Studley's Washington, DC office, Ben specializes in strategic planning and financial modeling for corporations, trade associations, law firms and not-for-profit organizations. He plays a valuable role providing market research, lease abstractions and managing the real estate needs of current and prospective clients.
Prior to joining the firm, Ben worked for NewDay Financial, a mortgage banking firm based in Fulton, MD where he was assistant to the CEO. Ben also spent time as a loan officer for Empire Financial in Rockville, MD, which helped him develop a keen eye for the financial elements behind real estate transactions.
Activities & Achievements
Ben studied for eight years in Guatemala, becoming bilingual and serving as a volunteer for a humanitarian organization, which provides services to medical clinics in remote villages. His work with the organization continues in a consulting capacity.
Benjamin graduated from American University where he earned his Bachelor's degree in business administration with specializations in accounting and finance.
