As a managing director in Savills Studley’s Washington, DC office, Bie Chu specializes in providing real estate advisory services to law firms, not-for-profit organizations, and corporations throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan area. He works closely with his clients to develop and execute their real estate strategy to ensure the best possible solution. Bie Chu understands the cost of capital and the impact that various financial structures have on his clients’ cash flow and develops custom financial and analytical models including Monte Carlo simulations to aid in the decision making process. Bie Chu’s experience includes negotiating leases, subleases, acquisitions, and dispositions for his clients.
Bie Chu joined the Studley (now Savills Studley) team after graduating with an Analytical Finance MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. While in school, Bie Chu spent his time working at various commercial real estate firms. Prior to graduate school, Bie Chu lead large strategy and technology projects as a Senior Manager with Accenture for seven years.
Bie Chu is a board member of the Kellogg Alumni Club of DC and the Asian Alumni Association Network at the University of Virginia.
Bie Chu is a graduate of the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce and received a Master of Business Administration degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
