Brad began his real estate career as an analyst for a multi-family investment company and transitioned into commercial brokerage in 2009, with an exclusive focus on tenant representation. At Savills Studley, he is a member of an integrated client services team, working with tenants across multiple occupancy needs including headquarter assignments, acquisitions and dispositions, and lease and sublease negotiations.

Brad draws upon his deep analytical background to assist clients in all aspects of the real estate process. Through financial modeling and market analysis, he has helped many companies align their real estate strategy with their business objectives, a critical factor in ensuring the most favorable economic and operational outcomes for clients.

Mr. Hedrick's client roster includes organizations across a variety of business sectors, including Wells Fargo, Redwood Trust, Apttus, Blue Jeans Network, Next15 Brands, ABD Insurance, Best Best & Krieger, Tacit Knowledge, Thumbtack, Pacific Maritime Associates, Bite Communications, and The Blueshirt Group.
