Brad joined Savills Studley in May of 2005 after working for five years in real estate development, exclusively representing commercial owners in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of various properties. Brad regularly applies his unique knowledge of the ownership perspective to maximize leverage throughout the tenant representation process.
As a partner in Savills Studley’s New York Consulting Group, Brad actively participates in the strategic planning, financial analysis and lease negotiation for several of Savills Studley’s largest clients, which include law firms, financial services companies, fashion/apparel concerns and foreign governments. Having previously served as both an attorney and asset manager, Brad regularly provides clients with insightful legal and financial advisory throughout the transaction.
Prior to joining Savills Studley, Brad was in-house counsel at Cogswell Realty Group, a commercial owner/developer with 5 million square feet under management in the New York metropolitan area. While there, he focused on acquisitions, dispositions and asset management, conducting extensive market research, contract analysis and portfolio management. Previously, Brad worked at Tishman Realty Corporation where he assisted the legal department on multiple hotel acquisitions.
Activities & Achievements
Brad has volunteered with New York Cares, Junior Achievement, the Ascent Organization and the East Harlem Little League. Brad also maintains strong ties to Tufts University by serving as an alumni interviewer for applicants. He is also an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).
Brad graduated from Tufts University where he received a Bachelor of Arts in political science and was a four-year varsity football player. He also received a law degree from Brooklyn Law School and is admitted to the New York State Bar.
