Bryan Ezell is a managing director for Savills Studley Occupier Services, which provides a full range of integrated real estate services and can consistently deliver any type of assignment on a worldwide basis. Bryan leads technology services for Occupier Services, providing both public-and private-sector real estate clients with technology solutions to support their real estate strategy and needs. Bryan joined Savills Studley with its acquisition of Vertical Integration, a Florida-based firm that provided integrated, full-service real estate solutions domestically and internationally for corporate and government entities.

Bryan specializes in developing resources that fully leverage technology and support enhanced real estate decision making. His proficiency in business intelligence gives clients the information and knowledge they need to make strategic choices related to their real estate portfolios, and he has delivered these services on leased and owned portfolios totaling more than 13 million SF and 220 million SF, respectively. Bryan has provided technology solutions for clients including development and implementation of customized real estate software, data integration, analysis and visualization services, and implementation support for integrated workplace management system (IWMS) platforms. Bryan’s business intelligence experience includes leading the development of interactive dashboards, reports and planning tools. Bryan has also created data warehouse environments, bringing together disparate data sources to allow for large amounts of data to be quickly analyzed and become actionable.

Activities & Achievements

Bryan has supported work recognized at CoreNet’s Global Summits in 2012 and 2013 and was part of a team named a finalist for CoreNet’s Global Innovator’s Award. Outside the real estate industry, Bryan lends his technology skills to local non-profit organizations.


Bryan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in management information systems from the University of South Florida.
