Bryan Ezell specializes in managing and deploying Savills client-facing technologies and digital brokerage platform. In the ever-changing world of technology and commercial real estate, Bryan is determined to develop resources that fully leverage technology and support enhanced real estate decision-making for all Savills clients. His proficiency in business intelligence provides clients with the information and knowledge they need to make strategic choices related to their real estate portfolios, and he has delivered these services on global multi-market portfolios.

Bryan has provided technology solutions for clients including the development and implementation of customized real estate software, data integration, analysis and visualization services, and implementation support for integrated workplace management system (IWMS) platforms. Bryan’s business intelligence experience includes leading the development of interactive dashboards, reports and planning tools. Bryan has also created data warehouse environments, bringing together disparate data sources to allow for large amounts of data to be quickly analyzed and become actionable.

As co-product manager of Knowledge Cubed, Savills data management, visualization and analytics platform, Bryan is focused on executing a digital transformation of the Savills real estate services platform. By implementing and capturing key data flows, this groundbreaking software gives clients the extra step they need when approaching the evolutionary real estate market.

Bryan joined Savills with its acquisition of Vertical Integration, a Florida-based firm that provided integrated, full-service real estate solutions domestically and internationally for corporate and government entities.



Awards, Achievements and Activities

Bryan is part of a team that won the 2017 CoreNet Global H. Bruce Russel Global Innovator’s award for Savills Knowledge Cubed platform, which was heralded as a game changer for commercial real estate occupiers. In addition, Bryan has supported work recognized at CoreNet’s Global Summits in 2012 and 2013. Outside the real estate industry, Bryan lends his technology skills to local nonprofit organizations.
