Bryan Norcott’s real estate career spans 15 years and includes involvement in the development and leasing of some of Southern California’s most successful and recognizable retail projects. Collaborating with senior management, Bryan has represented some of the nation’s largest and most prolific REITs and shopping center developers including Regency Centers, Vestar, Macerich, Vornado, DDR and Panattoni Development. Having participated in the development and leasing of more than 10 million square feet of retail space, Bryan lends his expertise to all phases of the retail development process including site identification and acquisition, market research, entitlements and leasing and disposition. A Southern California native, Bryan has intimate knowledge of the market’s dynamic ethnicity and evolving socio-economic character, enabling him to develop and execute unique merchandising strategies that result in favorable underwriting and superior returns for his clients in the development community.
Bryan has found success representing retailers as well. To date, he has completed 21 transactions on behalf of 24 Hour Fitness in Los Angeles and San Bernardino Counties. Bryan was also part of the team responsible for the opening of the first ever Toys R Us/Babies R Us (TRU) superstores in the greater Los Angeles area and continues to provide site selection services for TRU in this region.
Recognized as one of Los Angeles’s top retail brokers, Bryan came to Savills Studley as part of the National Retail Services Group after 15 years at Colliers International, where he achieved the level of senior vice president. In 2007, Bryan finished fourth in the company completing in excess of $650 million in total transactional value. Accolades received at Colliers, International included Rookie of the Year (1995), Rising Star Award (1995), L Boyd Higgins Circle of Excellence (1999, 2001, 2004, 2005) and the President’s Circle (2002, 2003, 2006 and 2007). Bryan was also recognized in 2003 and 2007 for completing over 120 transactions, the most in the Company.
Bryan received a Bachelor of Science in finance from the University of Southern California.
