Bryant Porter brings nearly 20 years of commercial real estate experience that includes providing analytical, technical, consultative and strategic business support to a wide range of customers. He provides real estate services to the General Services Administration (GSA) under Savills national broker contracts and has negotiated over seven million square feet of assignments for federal tenants.

Bryant’s expertise spans across the entire transaction process from financial analysis and site selection to lease administration and technical examination. He has comprehensive knowledge of federal management regulations and federal acquisition regulations to ensure his customers comply with all acquisition laws, statutes, regulations and legislation throughout the entire procurement process. He manages complex projects and has in-depth knowledge of cost and price analysis to determine acquisition strategies to negotiate highly specialized leases.

A portion of Bryant’s project management services involves the oversight of complex interior buildouts of government office spaces. Equipped with a wealth of knowledge in multiple sectors, Bryant is able to assure real estate selections meet government agency program requirements. Before joining Savills, Bryant was a senior realty specialist and project manager at Bolan Smart Associates for five years where he managed the lease acquisition and assignment of office and industrial space for GSA’s Department of Justice (DOJ) team.

Bryant has accomplished many complex lease acquisitions for the GSA over the last 15 years including headquarters leases for the Drug Enforcement Administration, US Marshals Service, Executive Office of Immigration Review, and over 770,000 square feet of leases for the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Awards, Achievements and Activities

In 2015, Bryant’s headquarters transaction for the US Marshals Service was recognized as CREBA’s 2015 ‘Leasing Transaction of the Year’ in Virginia. Bryant serves on the board of directors of the Columbus Club of Arlington and actively volunteers at St. Ann Catholic Church & School and Arlington’s Knights of Columbus.
