As an associate director in Savills Studley's Washington, DC office, Bryant brings more than ten years of commercial real estate experience that includes providing analytical, technical, consultative and strategic business support to a wide range of customers. He provides real estate services to the General Services Administration (GSA) under Savills Studley's National Broker Contract.
Prior to joining the firm, Bryant spent five years as a realty specialist with Bolan Smart Associates where he managed the lease acquisition and assignment of office and industrial space for GSA's Department of Justice (DOJ) realty team. In this role, he developed short and long term housing strategies, performed complicated lease revisions, enforced lease provisions and coordinated the development of requirements, procurement strategies and lease approval documents for DOJ agencies. He was involved in many complex lease acquisitions for GSA including the 180,000-square-foot Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Annex lease at Patriots Plaza II in Washington, DC, the 129,000-square-foot Bureau of Prisons (BOP) Headquarters lease at 500 1st Street, NW in Washington, DC and more than 150,000-square-feet of leases for the United States Marshals Service (USMS) in Arlington, VA.
In addition, Bryant has many years of extensive commercial real estate research management, analyses and reporting experience as a market manager for the CoStar Group.
Bryant graduated from St. Mary's College of Maryland with Bachelor of Arts degrees in economics and psychology.
