Cathy is responsible for portfolio strategy, transaction management, strategic consulting and financial analysis for individual clients as well as large portfolio clients in various industries including healthcare, pharmaceutical, nonprofit, technology, financial services and technology. Her knowledge of property operations and landlord representation allows her to maximize her clients’ leverage in all areas of the leasing process.

Cathy joined Savills in October 2006 after exclusively representing ownership for twenty years with a regional real estate developer. Her responsibilities included the monitoring of a portfolio consisting of two million square feet of institutional grade Class A commercial office space. She was directly responsible for leasing, operations and financial performance of properties under management and the implementation of strategies to add to or preserve the value of the real estate investments.
