Cathi joined Studley in 2002 and has more than 19 years’ experience in the commercial real estate field. Responsible for GIS (geographic information systems) analysis and production in the Central, Midwest and Southeast U.S. regions, as well as local research and graphics support for the Dallas office, Cathi presents complex data to clients in a concise and easily understandable fashion.
Cathi’s unique skill set not only allows her to identify business drivers which have the potential to impact real estate costs, but to utilize that knowledge within the boundaries of available research tools to produce meaningful, customized, decision support materials for the client. These materials may include: GIS site analyses, interactive web maps, labor studies, demographic modeling, employee impact studies, transit studies, detailed market analyses, market reports and forecasts, historical trend analyses, industry benchmarking and trend analyses, and landlord portfolio analyses.
In addition to her regional and local roles, Cathi is accountable for implementation, documentation and standardization of new GIS technologies, support and training on GIS, research and graphics programs and products, and the conceptualization, design and production of specialized, graphic, mapping and demographic materials at the national level.
Prior to joining Studley, Cathi was a project coordinator with Cawley International, a Dallas-based commercial real estate services firm.
