Charles Daggett joined Savills in 2016, where he currently co-manages a team of corporate services professionals. He oversees and facilitates transactions for key portfolio accounts (typically Fortune 500 and 1000 companies), in order to optimize his clients’ business processes and drive shareholder value to the clients’ bottom line. Charles is a seasoned professional with significant expertise in the architectural, engineering, and construction (AEC) vertical where he is co-leader of the vertical practice group with his partner, Dina Zavislak. Charles has a wealth of experience with strategic portfolio planning, corporate headquarters transactions, strategic lease renegotiations, build-to-suits, sale-leasebacks, property dispositions, portfolio repositioning, and portfolio audits.

Charles and his partner co-lead a team of top level corporate services professionals with deep acumen on managing portfolios for large corporate customers. Together, this team of intellectual analysts, operational logistics experts, business strategists, and tenant advisors has a long track record of achieving significant results for their clients. Their mission is to create positive company cultures and maximize the bottom line of businesses by influencing optimal real estate decisions. In recent years, they’ve been responsible for over $1.4 billion in transaction volume and have represented AEC clients such as CDM Smith, Kimley-Horn, STV, Carollo Engineers, Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, NV5, Haley and Aldrich, and Moffat & Nichol.

Prior to joining Savills, Charles was a Managing Principal at Mohr Partners, where he served on the Executive Management Advisory Board and launched their Phoenix office in 1995.
