Since joining Savills Studley’s Washington, DC regional offices in 1979, Charlie has negotiated more than six million square feet of real estate transactions on behalf of corporations, trade associations, not-for-profit and government contractors throughout the United States. Charlie has been consistently ranked among the firm’s nationwide top producers and has led some of the country’s most prominent real estate transactions. His roster of prestigious tenant clients includes AAA Mid Atlantic, CACI and Kaiser Permanente. Prior to joining the firm, Charlie was the advertising sales manager at the Washington Post.
Activities & Achievements
In 2005, Charlie was named one of the region’s “Power Brokers” by CoStar Group, the leading provider of information services to the commercial real estate industry. He has also been recognized for his professional accomplishments by various industry organizations and media entities, including the Greater Washington Commercial Association of Realtors (GWCAR) and the Washington Business Journal. Outside of the office, Charlie donates his time to the Florida Consortium of Public Charter Schools.
Charlie holds a Bachelors of Science degree in engineering from the University of Maryland.
