As Atlanta’s Market Leader, Chris’ foremost priority is to grow the Atlanta region into the premier occupier services firm by harnessing new business development opportunities and recruiting new, best-in-class talent for office and industrial tenant representation. Chris has an active practice and is an Atlanta Tenant Representative and Global Occupier Services veteran. He has nearly 20 years of experience delivering labor and operations strategy, real estate transaction management, and corporate services solutions. He specializes in optimizing corporations and professional services firms local and international real estate platforms. He is passionate about collaborating with Corporate Real Estate Executives (CRE) and the C-Suite to ultimately establish corporate real estate as a competitive advantage for their organization.

In addition, Chris has extensive experience disposing of excess corporate real estate, implementing data center projects and other mission critical requirements, and driving economic incentive negotiations. He served at Cushman & Wakefield from 1996 to 2012 as a Senior Director, where he was one of the top office tenant rep producers.

Over the last 3 years, Chris has served as the Southeast Regional Occupier Service Leader for Cassidy Turley and DTZ’s Atlanta office EVP and Managing Director.

Activities & Achievements

In 2014, Chris was the “Top Producer” nationwide for DTZ and was a “Top 10 Tenant Representative” in the City of Atlanta. Also in 2014, he won the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s “Office Real Estate Transaction of the Year” for the Worldpay headquarters transaction, which was a national labor and real estate search that concluded in moving 1,200 employees to Midtown, Atlanta, and restructuring their mission critical facilities.

He has published several articles on a wide range of topics including Outsourcing, CRE’s role in M&A Success, Workplace Strategy, and Analyzing Your Underlying Business Model to Reduce Occupancy Costs.

Chris is the co-founder of the CFO Forum, a best-in-class quarterly roundtable of networking and education for CFO’s in association with Emory’s Giozueta Business School.


Chris received his B.A. from College of Charleston with a major in History and a minor focus in Business Administration. He received a Masters of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from The Terry College of Business at The University of Georgia. Chris serves on the Board of Leadership Ministries.

Chris and his wife Jennifer live in Midtown Atlanta and have two daughters, Lindsay and Caroline.
