Chris joined Savills Studley in 2013 as an assistant director. He has a high level of commercial real estate expertise in San Diego and the surrounding suburban areas. Chris’s resume includes a six-year career representing corporate office tenants in acquiring multi-million dollar office buildings and negotiating and securing leases across office and industrial properties.
Chris represented Tyson & Mendes, a national litigation firm, in the negotiation and acquisition of their $4.75M corporate headquarters in San Diego. Most recently, Chris represented Ted Waitt, the co-founder of Gateway Computers Inc., in securing the Waitt Foundation’s headquarters office lease in La Jolla, California. Chris has represented Midwest Equity for four years, negotiating over 40,000 square feet of office leases in five cities throughout America in 2015. Chris represents corporations across a broad spectrum of business groups, ranging from financial and legal services to nonprofits, life sciences, and education.
Chris has considerable experience with complex transactions utilizing project timelines; workplace strategy analysis; budget analysis; industry specific talent location intelligence; marketplace cost differences; leasing and acquisition strategy; architect and contractor selection; and project management to deliver industry-leading results to his clients. Chris is committed to his long-term client relationships and the value of negotiating exceptional real estate solutions with care and integrity.
Prior to entering the commercial real estate industry, Chris played professional golf in the United States.
Chris received a degree in entrepreneurship after studying at Miami University in Ohio, Suffolk University in Spain, and Coastal Carolina University in South Carolina. He also holds a graduate degree in international business from the University of Sydney in Australia. Chris is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson.
