Chris joined Savills in 2012 as Managing Director, acting as a consultant, strategist and representative of a broad spectrum of business types. Chris specializes in the development of proactive and creative occupancy-related strategies that uncover real estate value on his clients' behalf. Chris also works with his clients to improve operating efficiencies, reduce costs and maximize returns on investment while also enhancing their business culture.

Chris has significant experience both locally and nationally working on complex real estate transactions. His client roster mainly consists of law firms and professional service firms, including Combined Insurance, Wilson Elser and Redfin, to name a few. Chris has helped his clients implement and analyze performance measurement tools that strategically link the company’s business objectives with its real estate needs.

As part of the Savills Law Firm Practice Group, Chris has been featured in several legal publications addressing the changes in the legal community and the strategic advantages of alternative types of space utilization in the marketplace.

Awards, Achievements and Activities

Chris is passionate about supporting a number of local charitable organizations in Chicago and is involved with Boys Hope Girls Hope, High Jump, and One Hope United. He is currently on the Governing Board of Boys Hope Girls Hope and was recently elected as its Chairman.

He has also received awards for the NAIOP Lease of the Year in 2012 and the CoStar Power Broker in 2017.
