Chris joined Savills Studley in 2012 as Managing Director, acting as a consultant, strategist and representative for commercial space users. With his team, Chris develops proactive and creative occupancy-related strategies that uncover real estate value on his clients' behalf. Chris also works with his clients to improve operating efficiencies, reduce costs and maximize returns on investment while enhancing their business culture.
Prior to joining the firm, Chris worked in the Strategic Advisory Group at The John Buck Company, a Chicago-based real estate firm. There, Chris gained valuable experience both locally and nationally through his work on complex real estate transactions, for which he helped his clients analyze and implement performance measurement tools to strategically link business objectives with real estate.
Chris supports several charitable organizations in Chicago and is involved with Boys Hope Girls Hope, High Jump, and One Hope United. He is currently on the Governing Board of Boys Hope Girls Hope and The Chicago Improv Foundation.
Chris earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana.
