As an associate director at Savills, Colin focuses exclusively on serving the needs of tenants and users of commercial real estate. He is responsible for new business development, project management, as well as supporting existing clients across a wide range of industry sectors, including healthcare, professional and financial services, and technology. Colin delivers in-depth research, market surveys, transaction analysis and negotiations tailored to support his clients’ individual business strategies, whether the company is local, regional, national or multinational in operations.

Colin joined Savills (formerly Cresa Charlotte) as an associate in August 2014 and specialized in providing comprehensive real estate services for corporate space users within a wide range of industries throughout the Carolinas. Prior to joining Savills, Colin was a project manager for Habitat for Humanity in Cebu, Philippines. He managed the oversight of the relocation construction project for victims of Typhoon Yolanda and worked closely with local government, donors, contractors, suppliers and volunteers to build a system for continuous improvement. He also worked in business development for Elm Energy Group and as facilities manager for Earth Farms Organics.

Awards, Achievements and Activities

Colin serves on the board of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors and is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina and a licensed real estate salesman in South Carolina. He is a frequent volunteer with Habitat for Humanity. Colin was a member of Alpha Phi Omega Service Fraternity and is an Eagle Scout with Boy Scouts of America.
