Corey Davidson joined Savills Studley in 2001. As a principal with Savills Studley’s Corporate Services Group (CSG), he is responsible for developing and delivering strategic consulting and brokerage services that bridge corporate finance and commercial real estate for companies with facilities in multiple markets.
Corey has been instrumental in the execution of several of the largest real estate transactions across the United States, including build-to-suit developments, sale-leasebacks, acquisitions, dispositions, leases, restructures, and landlord swaps. In addition to his account and transaction management responsibilities, Corey leads CSG’s business development efforts.
Activities & Achievements
Corey is co-chair of the board of directors for Team Prime Time, an organization whose mission is to provide intervention programs for at-risk children from low-income areas of Los Angeles that combine academics, athletics, leadership training and the arts in order to prepare them for the future and allow them to reach their full potential.
Corey received his Bachelor of Arts degree in cognitive psychology from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.
