Craig has been advising tenants since 1996. He has developed strategies for some of the most recognized companies in the world, guiding them on the number and location of their manufacturing facilities, lowest-cost product sources and position of distribution centers.
In addition to traditional real estate transaction expertise, Craig’s experience includes supply chain network modeling; business processes improvement selection of and negotiation with third-party logistics providers for warehouse and assembly operations; warehouse operating designs and layouts (CAD); software selection; transportation rate negotiations; and Far East sourcing strategies.
Before joining Savills Studley, Craig worked for an international management consulting firm solving supply chain and logistics problems for clients in North America, Europe and Asia.
Activities & Achievements
Craig is an active member and speaker at several supply chain and logistics industry organizations, including: the Council of Supply Chain Management Processionals (CSCMP), and the Warehousing Education and Research Council (WERC).
Craig graduated from Stevens Institute of Technology with a Masters of Science degree in management planning and Bachelor of Engineering.
