Craig joined Studley (now Savills Studley) in 1975 after spending one year as a broker with Charles F. Noyes Co., Inc. He played an integral role in the expansion of Savills Studley’s Washington, DC office, and was the branch manager of the firm’s Westchester/Connecticut office from 1984 to 1987. Craig is a specialist in representing tenants in the leasing of office space and has completed transactions from Virginia to Massachusetts.

Throughout his career, Craig has represented many large corporations, including, First Unum Life Insurance Company, Honeywell Systems, ICON Clinical Research, and New Line Cinema. In addition, Craig has also represented a large number of prestigious law firms and financial services firms, including, Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler, Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman, Kirkland & Ellis, Citadel Investment Group, Integrated Wealth Services (Rocket), GlobeOp Financial Services, and York Capital Management. Craig’s experience representing corporations in many different lines of business speaks to his ability to understand his client’s different requirements, allowing him to creatively structure deals ensuring all of his client’s goals are achieved.

Activities & Achievements

Craig is very active with Lehigh University’s Alumni Association, serving on several committees including currently serving as a Board Trustee. He is on the advisory board for Lehigh’s new Real Estate Department in its College of Business & Economics (CBE). Craig has served on the Village of Scarsdale's Advisory Council on Parks and Recreation and was chairman for two years. In addition, he has been a mentor in the Children's Aid Society's Project Live Program in New York City.

Craig graduated from Lehigh University (CBE) with a Bachelor of Science in management.

Community Involvement

Craig has served on the Village of Scarsdale's Advisory Council on Parks and Recreation and was chairman for two years. He is also very active with Lehigh University's Alumni Association, serving on several committees including national development. Currently, Craig is on the advisory board for Lehigh's new Real Estate Department in its College of Business & Economics.
