Craig joined Studley (now Savills Studley) in 1975. He played an integral role in the expansion of Savills Studley’s Washington, DC office in the 1980’s, and was the Branch Manager of the firm’s Westchester/Connecticut office from 1984 to 1987. Craig is a specialist in representing tenants in the leasing of office space and has completed transactions from Virginia to Massachusetts. Since 1983, Craig has been splitting his time between New York City and the Westchester/Connecticut submarkets.
Throughout his career, Craig has represented many large corporations, including Time, Inc. (Synapse in Stamford, CT) and AMG Group (in Greenwich, CT), as well as CNA Insurance, First Unum Life Insurance Company, Honeywell Systems, ICON Clinical Research, Arthur J. Gallagher Insurance, Liberty Insurance, Navigators Insurance, XL Insurance, Canon, and New Line Cinema. Craig has also represented a large number of prestigious law firms and financial services firms, including, Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler, Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman, Kirkland & Ellis, Holwell, Shuster & Goldberg; Segal Consulting, Citadel Investment Group, Integrated Wealth Services (Rockit), Alvarez & Marsal, GlobeOp Financial Services, and York Capital Management. Craig’s experience representing corporations in many different lines of business speaks to his ability to understand his client’s different requirements, allowing him to creatively structure deals ensuring all of his clients’ goals are achieved.
Activities & Achievements
Craig is a trustee at Lehigh University’s Alumni Board. He has also previously served on the Village of Scarsdale's Advisory Council on Parks and Recreation and was chairman for two years. His volunteer work includes being a mentor in the Children's Aid Society's Project Live Program in New York City.
Craig graduated from Lehigh University (CBE) with a Bachelor of Science in management.
