Craig Lemle joined Savills in 1975 and played an integral role in the expansion of the firm’s Washington, DC office in the 1980s. From 1984 to 1987, Craig was the branch manager of the firm’s Westchester and Connecticut office. Now operating out of the firm’s New York office in Midtown Manhattan, Craig is a specialist in representing tenants in New York City as well as the northern suburbs in Westchester and Connecticut. In New York, his specialties are with technology companies, financial services and nonprofits.

Throughout his career, Craig has represented many large corporations including Time Inc., AMG Group, CNA Insurance, First Unum Life Insurance Company, Honeywell Systems, ICON Clinical Research, Arthur J. Gallagher Insurance, Liberty Insurance, Navigators Insurance, XL Insurance, Canon, and New Line Cinema. Craig has also represented a large number of prestigious law and financial services firms including, Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler, Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman, Kirkland & Ellis, Holwell, Shuster & Goldberg, Segal Consulting, Citadel Investment Group, Integrated Wealth Services (Rockit), Alvarez & Marsal, GlobeOp Financial Services and York Capital Management.

Craig’s experience representing corporations in many different lines of business speaks to his ability to understand his client’s different requirements, allowing him to creatively structure deals ensuring all of his clients’ goals are achieved. As a tenant- only, client-focused broker, Craig goes the extra mile to guarantee a successful, conflict-free commercial real estate transaction for each of his clients.

Awards, Achievements and Activities

Craig is a trustee at Lehigh University’s Alumni Board. He has also previously served on the Village of Scarsdale's Advisory Council on Parks and Recreation and was chairman for two years. His volunteer work includes being a mentor in the Children's Aid Society's Project Live Program in New York City.
