Cristy focuses exclusively on tenant representation and providing corporate real estate advisory services for local, national and global companies. Much of her success derives from her ability to provide clients with an arsenal of services, including strategic planning, comprehensive financial analysis and portfolio optimization that impacts the bottom line. Her body of work has included lease negotiations, restructures, expansions, contractions, relocations, site selection and dispositions. With a background in investment banking, coupled with a consultative approach, Cristy helps her clients align overall operational and business strategy with their real estate needs.

Prior to joining Savills, Cristy was Vice President for Cresa and Cushman & Wakefield Thalhimer, and held positions at CBRE, Trammell Crow and Wells Fargo Securities.

Awards, Achievements and Activities

Cristy is highly regarded for her professional work and community engagement. She has been recognized by the Charlotte Business Journal as a Top 25 Women in Business honoree and by the Mecklenburg Times as a 50 Most Influential Women in Business honoree. She is also a recipient of the Deal of the Year and Networking Deal of the Year awards from Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW). 

In 2017, Cristy earned the esteemed Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation for her proven expertise in financial, market and investment analysis, in addition to negotiations. CCIM designees are recognized as leading experts in commercial investment real estate. 

In addition to CREW Charlotte, Cristy is an active member of the Charlotte Commercial Board of Realtors, Charlotte Regional Business Alliance and a passionate volunteer for Camp Blue Skies, where she serves as a Board Ambassador. The group’s mission is to enhance the lives of adults with cognitive and development disabilities by providing life skills education through recreation and socialization.
