Dan Zeltser joined Savills Studley as managing director, bringing over ten years of commercial real estate experience to the firm. With expertise in representing the office end user regionally, nationally, and internationally, Dan is responsible for providing real estate solutions in order to maximize efficiency while minimizing its costs. Through a creative and analytical approach, Dan delivers impeccable results, tailored to each client’s specific needs.
Prior to joining Savills Studley, Dan worked at Cassidy Turley’s Washington, DC office as a tenant representative broker and also worked in commercial real estate finance, as an analyst, broker, and consultant in the Washington, DC metropolitan area until 2012. He then moved to Dallas where he joined Sunwest Real Estate Group as a vice president, where he focused on growing the firm’s leasing platform. After a year with Sunwest, Dan became a senior associate for Transwestern where he focused on tenant advisory services. Dan’s list of clients include Holland & Knight, Wounded Warrior Project, Mattress HQ, Inception Fertility, Fox News, Turner Construction, Dallas Jewish Community Foundation, among many others.
Using hard-won market knowledge Dan is able to identify and structure the most advantageous cost-saving scenarios that align real estate to his clients’ organizational goals. With experience in tenant representation, agency leasing, and commercial real estate finance, Dan has an ever-expanding track record of streamlining and optimizing the real estate portfolios of firms across a diverse cross-section of industries in the Dallas area, as well as nationally.
Dan is a board member and Chair of the Real Estate Committee of the Texas-Israel Chamber of Commerce as well as the co-president of the University of Maryland Alumni Association for Dallas. He is also a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR).
Dan earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland at College Park in criminology and criminal justice and his Master’s degree in real estate development from Georgetown University.
