Daniel is an associate director for Savills Studley Occupier Services, which provides a full range of integrated real estate services and can consistently deliver any type of assignment on a worldwide basis. In this role, Daniel provides project management and business analysis expertise on the TRIRIGA implementation for the Florida Department of Management Services (DMS). Daniel also assists in transaction management for the State of Florida tenant broker account.
Daniel joined Savills Studley with its acquisition of Vertical Integration, a Florida-based firm that provided integrated, full-service real estate solutions domestically and internationally for corporate and government entities.
Previously, Daniel served as the Planning and Administration manager for the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO) in the Division of Information Technology. In this role, Daniel led a team of project managers and business analysts in support of DEO IT initiatives. Daniel was responsible for strategic planning and annual reports, as well as contract management and procurement development.
Prior to joining DEO, Daniel served as a project manager at DMS, where he focused on solar and energy performance contracts. Daniel also assisted in the development of the Florida State-Owned Land and Records Information System (SOLARIS), which is now the system of record for all state-owned land and facilities. Daniel developed the State Facilities Inventory Annual Report, as well as facility disposition and optimization reports.
Daniel is a three-time winner of the Prudential Productivity Award, which is awarded to state employees who significantly and measurably increase productivity, improve the delivery of state services and save money for Florida taxpayers and businesses.
Daniel is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and member of the Project Management Institute. Daniel is a licensed Sales Associate in Real Estate in the State of Florida. Daniel is also a certified Professional Scrum Master.
Daniel earned a Bachelor of Science in political science from the Florida State University.
