Dan joined Savills Studley in 2003 and has quickly built a reputation of excellence among both clients and colleagues. He provides his clients with full-service commercial real estate counsel from acquisition, disposition and marketing to lease negotiation and space planning. Dan has developed an expertise in the New York City commercial real estate market and continues to leverage his in-depth knowledge to provide clients with creative, business driven real estate solutions.
Throughout his career, Dan has specialized in transactions of class-A+ real estate in the Plaza District and has developed a wide-roster of sophisticated clients, particularly as they pertain to the real estate needs of hedge funds and private equity firms. while at the firm, Dan has completed over 100 transactions, 25 of which were brokered since 2011. He has successfully brokered nearly 3 million square feet of prime New York City office space, including over 500,000 square feet since 2011.
Prior to working for Savills Studley, Daniel worked for Insignia ESG, where he started his career.
Activities & Achievements
In 2000, Daniel received the “Rookie of the Year” award, followed by the “Market Information Leadership Award” in 2001.
He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and has participated in the REBNY Emergency Relief Program to revitalize business in Downtown Manhattan. In addition, Daniel has helped raise money for the United Jewish Federation and PETA.
Daniel graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Queens College. There, he was also a member of the Honors Business Program.
