Professional Expertise

Dave oversees workplace and occupancy strategy services in the Savills Studley Washington, DC office. He brings more than 19 years of practice as a workplace strategist, architect and real estate advisor. Dave is focused on understanding clients’ occupant experience, and leveraging workplace research and tools to instill wellness, comfort, connectivity and innovation in the work environment. His holistic approach to helping end-users make more informed, data-driven and people-centric real estate decisions maximizes clients’ investment including improved space utilization, work environments, and connectivity and mobility technology.

Prior to joining Savills Studley, Dave was a real estate specialist with Deloitte Consulting, where he managed the analysis, development and execution of workplace strategies and solutions for clients. He also evaluated real estate portfolios to develop short and long term strategies to align clients’ real estate with their goals, which included design and construction of projects. He was previously Director of Acquisitions and Pre-development for Anbau Real Estate Developers, where he managed the acquisition, underwriting, financing and design of large mixed-use high-rise developments in New York and San Francisco. Dave also served as a project manager for Robert AM Stern Architects and Davis Brody Bond Architects, where he led design, construction and master planning of mixed-use, residential, office and other large projects across the US and Germany.

Education

Dave received a Master of Science in real estate finance from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in architecture from the University of Virginia.
