As a managing director in Savills Studley’s Washington, DC office, David focuses on serving the real estate needs of not-for-profit organizations, local governments, educational institutions, corporations and law firms throughout the DC metropolitan area. David specializes in strategic consulting and transaction management services for clients. His experience includes work on behalf of Arlington County, Arlington Public Schools, District of Columbia, Richards Kibbe, Williams Mullen, Seasons Hospice, Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority, Year Up and George Mason University.

Prior to joining the firm, David was an investment banking analyst in the public finance group at RBC Capital Markets, where he provided quantitative and analytical support for transactions of approximately $1 billion in total par amount.

Activities & Achievements

David serves as a mentor at Year Up, an intensive one-year program located in Arlington, VA providing high school graduates and GED recipients between the ages of 18-24 with a combination of hands-on skill development and corporate internship opportunities.

Education

David is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts in political science.
