David Endelman joined Savills Studley in 2003 and currently acts as a consultant and analyst nationally on large-scale projects and transactions. His breadth of experience and strong educational foundation has helped him develop into a valuable strategic resource for a variety of Savills Studley’s most productive teams. Based in Houston since 2011, David contributes a diverse skill set to each engagement, including creativity in formulating strategy, a deep understanding of financial and legal concepts, and vast national and international experience.
David has served the company through a broad range of responsibilities. Most recently he served as the chief of operations of Occupier Services, overseeing all aspects of the national platform, including both business development and service delivery. Prior to this he was a valued member of Houston’s most accomplished tenant representation team, helping to develop and analyze the strategic plans related to multiple headquarters projects. Before that, he served as director of international development in London, recruiting top professionals to advance the firm’s international capabilities while representing large multinational clients in Europe.
David began his career with Savills Studley in New York’s financial consulting group where he assisted in the execution of the firm’s largest leasing deals. From there he transferred to the highly successful Capital Transactions Group. Here he led the team’s underwriting, analysis, and due diligence, helped manage the marketing process, and influenced the structure and negotiations of each transaction.
David also acted as CEO of a small financial services and operating company on the Stanford University campus, managing a staff of more than 100 students and full-time employees, a multi-million dollar endowment, and individual business operations with annual revenue exceeding $2 million.
Activities & Achievements
David is an active member of CoreNet Global and serves on several committees for the Houston chapter. He was selected to Real Estate New York Magazine’s list of “30 Under 30” in 2008 and has been featured for his expertise in industry-wide publications. He proudly serves on the Advisory Board for Kids Meals, a nationally recognized charity that feeds 3,000 hungry children a day. He is also an active fundraiser for Rescued Pets Movement and the Avon Foundation. As an avid tennis player and captain of his USTA team, David is a perennial contender in the city playoffs. He is also a PADI Master Scuba Diver and enjoys traveling the world to explore its greatest dive sites.
David graduated magna cum laude from Stanford University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in economics with a minor in human biology.
