As a senior project manager at Savills Studley’s Houston office, David oversees and advises the delivery of high profile projects. With over 23 years of experience working in the built environment, David has developed and delivered a variety of projects for public and private sector clients. His coordination with local agencies helps his clients navigate the project delivery process. Additionally, his expertise in project delivery, public policy, infrastructure finance and project development can be accredited to his academic background in industrial and civil engineering.
Prior to joining the firm, David served as the manager of business development at Walter P. Moore and Associates, Inc., where he served as a client liaison and facilitated problem-solving sessions. He also held the position of manager of infrastructure programs for the Greater Houston Partnership, managing committees focused on research and development of infrastructure policies for the region and providing local, state, and federal lobbying and advocacy for the engineering industry.
