Professional Expertise

Since 1984, David has been committed to providing high quality tenant representation. As such, David has steadily been promoted within the firm’s senior management team and currently sits on Savills Studley’s board of directors. As a founder of the Corporate Services Group (“CSG”), David has successfully led CSG in developing and managing relationships with some of the firm’s largest and most notable accounts, and he is consistently recognized for his outstanding dedication to client service. David’s primary areas of expertise are transaction management of large, complex transactions and strategic planning for portfolios with multiple facility requirements. His vast experience and industry knowledge allows him to seamlessly integrate CSG’s many disciplines into one customizable service offering.

During the last twenty years, David advised SunGard Availability Services (“SAS”) on its North American real estate portfolio, with a focus on the expansion of its data center footprint. Over the past five years, David and his team have acted as the de facto real estate department for SAS and have been credited with creating multiple best practices in the data center acquisition process. In just the past 36 months, David has advised SunGard in the negotiation for over 15MW of increased capacity. In addition, David has recently completed data center transactions on behalf of Fox Entertainment, HP, 1-800 Contacts, WellPoint and Brocade totaling in excess of 10MW of critical power. David has an accomplished background within the power and space segments of the commercial real estate industry and is one of Savills Studley’s top advisors.

Activities & Achievements

David sits on the advisory board and is actively involved in Westcoast Sports Associates, a nonprofit organization dedicated to giving economically disadvantaged children in Southern California the opportunity to participate in sports.


David received his Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
