Professional Expertise

Since 1997, David Kimball has provided strategic direction for clients’ office, industrial, and land real estate transactions from the Savills Downtown Los Angeles office. David’s extensive experience and attention to details provide for a thoughtful ability to develop efficient corporate real estate standards both nationally and globally, solve complex problems, and create meaningful cost-saving leverage methodologies.   David builds genuine, long-lasting relationships with his clients, largely due to his responsiveness, competence, and strategic forward thinking. His global tenant portfolio speaks to his reputation, as well as his conflict-free ability to represent clients of all shapes and sizes. An industry specialist in engineering, technology, gaming, and insurance, David has worked with companies such as Kiewit Corporation, THQ, Krueger International, STAAR Surgical, Liberty Mutual Insurance, Parsons Engineering, AerCap, and Tetra Tech across North America, Europe, and Asia. Besides David’s more than 23 years in commercial real estate, he has also been engaged in other professions. Prior to being a broker at Savills, plus a 5-year stint at DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield), David was a Southwest Regional Manager at Pioneer Electronics for four years. Prior to that, David worked on the technical side of logistics and software as an Engineer at Rocketdyne for three years on the International Space Station and Space Shuttle Main Engine programs.
