Dawn joined the Savills Studley team in 2009 as a workplace strategist. With over 19 years’ experience in corporate interior design, she brings with her an expertise in project programming and space planning. Before joining the firm, Dawn worked for an architectural firm and furniture dealership, providing her with a vast knowledge in the design field and furniture industry. She completed numerous projects for the commercial, financial, legal and healthcare industries. Dawn specializes in visioning, programming and planning services for clients.

Dawn creates highly customized workplace strategies that help Savills Studley’s clients align their physical environment with their top-line business goals. Through visioning and strategic planning, Dawn helps organizations adapt the tools, policies, and physical environment best practices of the 21st century workplace to their specific needs and objectives. In her 19 years of experience focusing on portfolio and workplace strategies, Dawn has seen technology-enabled process improvements change the way people work, and has been instrumental in driving those changes. Dawn works with our clients’ senior leaders to help foster alignment around major change, be it through the creation of a collaborative work environment, the establishment and implementation of space standards; or the design and roll-out of branding-driven workplace initiatives. A fully integrated part of the Savills Studley brokerage team, Dawn’s contribution to her clients extends to helping craft highly effective negotiating strategies on the firm’s major transactions.

Activities & Achievements

Dawn is licensed interior designer in the state of Illinois. She is certified by the National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) and a professional member of the International Interior Design Association (IIDA).

Education

Dawn is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Arts in interior design.
