Douglas Fine brings several years of experience in representing tenants. Douglas posesses a unique skill set in developing strategic real estate plans. Douglas’ keen understanding of the challenges that executives are faced with and his consultative approach give him the ability to formulate strategic real estate solutions resulting in significant time and money savings, which impact his clients’ human and financial capital.
At the onset of his career in commercial real estate, Douglas learned that the challenges which corporations are faced with on a daily basis closely mirror the real estate transactions that he manages for his clients. As a result, he has developed a philosophy that builds long-term business relationships and has implemented an integrated approach to assembling Savills Studley’s real estate Core Delivery Team. His clients benefit directly from this seamless approach, which includes legal counsel, architects, contractors, project managers, telecommunications consultants and furniture systems specialists.
As a result of his long-term relationships, Douglas has negotiated transactions for such clients as On Assignment, which resulted in $1 million in savings over the 10-year term of the lease. Additionally, Douglas was responsible for negotiating premium building-top signage for JB Oxford on a Class A building in Beverly Hills.
Douglas received his Bachelor of Science in business from California State University at Northridge.
