Edwin focuses exclusively on tenant representation where he represents local, regional, national, and international companies with their full range of real estate needs. Edwin advises clients with needs related to strategic planning, portfolio management, new leases, expansions/reductions, renewals, and subleases, as well as acquisitions and dispositions. He serves his clients through the development and execution of tailored strategic real estate plans that proactively support organizations’ business goals. His experience covers a range of industries to include corporate office and operations, financial services, technology, supply chain and logistics, biotech/life sciences, and medical office.
Representative clients Edwin has worked with over his career include, Wells Fargo, KPMG, New York Life, State Farm, Intersouth Partners, BB&T, XPO Logistics, BAE Systems, Nimble Storage, Nutanix, ProtoLabs, MED3000, KemPharm, Horizon Eye Care and OrthoCarolina.
In 2016, Savills Studley acquired the Cresa Carolinas’ offices in Charlotte and Raleigh/Durham. Edwin was an instrumental member in this acquisition negotiation. Prior to opening the Cresa Carolinas’ offices, Edwin was a Vice President with The Staubach Company and Jones Lang LaSalle. Edwin also previously worked for Fisher Scientific (now Thermo Fisher) consulting laboratory occupants with design, equipment and procurement needs.
Edwin is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the states of North Carolina and South Carolina. He is also a member of the CoreNet Carolinas Chapter, Durham Chamber of Commerce 2.0, Triangle Area Office Broker’s Association (TRAOBA) and serves on the Board of Directors for the Durham YMCA.
Edwin earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA.
