Professional Expertise

Elaine joined Savills Studley following eight years at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (formerly Grubb & Ellis) where she was responsible for both tenant representation and landlord representation of a 1 million square foot portfolio of Class A & B office buildings.  Elaine has completed in excess of 180 transactions accounting for over $250 million in total consideration for clients in various industries including legal, finance, technology, consulting, and healthcare. Elaine’s diverse background, including knowledge of property operations and landlord representation, offers a unique insight that helps her to maximize her clients’ leverage in the leasing process.

Elaine is a LEED Green Associate and member of the steering committee for the Consortium for Building Energy Innovation (CBEI) which is attempting to institute the further education and development of sustainable practices by both owners and occupiers of office space in the Philadelphia marketplace.

Prior to commercial real estate brokerage Elaine spent six years in commercial insurance brokerage with Marsh USA in Philadelphia and Aon Risk Services in New York.

Activities & Achievements

Elaine is an Ambassador and Executive Committee Member for the Wistar Institute, she is a member of the Kimmel Center Corporate Council, a board member for The Sierra Group Foundation and assists the Admissions Committee and Real Estate Club of the Union League of Philadelphia.  She is also a member of the Fairmount Park Conservancy and an Aberdeen Dad Vail Regatta volunteer for the last six years.   Elaine served as a committee member for CHOP Childhood Friends, secretary of the Military Order of Foreign Wars and is an associate member of the Veterans of the Battle of the Bulge.  She is a member of the Tri-State Realtors and previously served on the board of the Chester County Commercial Industrial Investment Council.


Elaine received a Bachelor of Science with a dual concentration in marketing and finance from Fordham University and completed the G.L.O.B.E. International Business Program.  Elaine has also taken courses in green building principles and practices and holds a LEED Green Associate credential.
