Emily works within the internal consulting team to address workforce complexities, including conducting commutation and attrition analyses, assessing headcount reconfiguration scenarios, and addressing various client operational concerns. She specializes in problem solving, specifically in simplifying and quantifying concepts from complex data sources and developing them into relevant visual representations. Her experience with financial modeling, qualitative and quantitative research, and extensive writing has allowed her to assist the team in delivering thorough analyses that assist clients in the optimization of their geographical portfolio, from both a real estate and workforce perspective.

Prior to joining Savills Studley, Emily was a student at the University of Texas, graduating in May 2016.

Activities & Achievements

During her senior year at the University of Texas, she researched and wrote a senior thesis with the title of “The Intersection of Office Life and Social Life: A New Urban Design in Manhattan and Central London.” She received a Travel Grant to help facilitate her fieldwork in both metropolitan areas, and she presented her findings in April 2016. At her time at Texas, she served as the CAO of her organization and worked with the Executive team fundraising events, which included providing support to a local non-profit organization CASA of Travis County. She took a photography class in London in the summer of 2015, and loves to cook, ski, and travel.


Emily earned a B.B.A. and B.S. from The University of Texas in Finance and Plan II Honors.
