Emily Gemp works within the internal consulting team, KLG Advisors, to address workforce complexities including conducting commutation and attrition analyses, assessing headcount reconfiguration scenarios and addressing various client operational concerns. She specializes in problem solving, specifically in simplifying and quantifying concepts from complex data sources and developing them into relevant visual representations. Her experience with financial modeling, qualitative and quantitative research and extensive writing has allowed her to assist the team in delivering thorough analyses that assist clients in the optimization of their geographical portfolio, from both a real estate and workforce perspective.

Awards, Achievements and Activities

In November 2019, Emily ran her first New York City Marathon, raising money for Back On Your Feet, a charity that combats homelessness through the power of running, commuting support, essential employment and housing resources. Additionally, throughout the year, she mentors young women pursuing internships in the tri-state area through the organization #BUILTBYGIRLS.
