Throughout his real estate career, Eric Feinberg has executed over 6.0 million square feet of transactions domestically and internationally. With an extensive consulting background and financial structuring expertise, Eric develops strategic plans and financial models that enable his clients to align their real estate goals to their core organizational objectives.
Eric joined Savills Studley in 2002 and since 2014 has served as Co-Head of the Chicago office. As a Senior Vice President for the firm, Eric’s experience spans across a wide breadth of industries. He has worked with many of the firm’s most noteworthy clients on some of the most significant real estate transactions in the region. Eric has led and managed strategic consulting and financial structuring evaluations for the American Bar Association, YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago, Takeda Pharmaceuticals, T. Rowe Price, Goldman Sachs and the Illinois Medical District.
Previously, Eric worked as a senior consultant at Accenture, where he worked on strategic initiatives for global telecom and financial services companies internationally, including the countries of Argentina, Australia and Spain.
Activities & Achievements
Eric is currently a board member of the Anti-Defamation League (“ADL”). In 2011, he was selected to participate in the organization’s Glass Leadership program. Eric is also involved in Chicago’s Hostelling International, formerly acting as the Board President.He has been associated with multiple award winning transactions and was a member of the winning teams for the prestigious Crain’s “Chicago Office Broker of the Year” in 2002, 2007 and 2011.
Eric earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Rochester and an MBA from the University of Chicago with a concentration in finance. He also completed coursework at IESE in Barcelona, Spain.
